Each space allocated has an 8 ft frontage, is 6 ft deep, and is supplied with one 6 ft (approx) table and two chairs. Cost of one space is £30. EXHIBITORS FROM OVERSEAS will only be charged £20.00 for ONE SPACE (not against the wall) , but additional spaces will be charged at full rate. Extra tables are available for booked spaces at £9 each. Please ensure you have enough room for an extra table. i.e. We will try to squeeze three tables into two spaces, but two tables in one space would need to be in an “L” shape. Where possible, we will try and allocate end of row positions to those with extra tables, but this cannot be guaranteed.
