Terms & Conditions for Exhibitors

•  Exhibitors may only offer for sale/trade or display, items connected with aviation.

•  Goods and equipment may be delivered to the event from 8am on the day, and must be removed before 6pm.

•  No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for the security of goods, money or equipment before, during or after the event.

•  Any chairs provided and tables hired from the organisers must be left in the hall after the event. Missing tables and/or chairs will be invoiced to you at replacement value.

•  No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for any loss or damage, however caused, to vehicles parked in the car park.

•  All transactions are between vendor and purchaser alone. No responsibility will be accepted by the organisers for any transactions.

•  Please take your litter home with you, or place it in the waste bins provided.

•  No dogs or pets are allowed in the hall.

•  SMOKING is not allowed, except in notified areas.

•  The organisers reserve the right to refuse admittance and also the right to require exhibitors to leave immediately should any of these conditions not be obeyed.

•  Unless the venue is fully booked , payment by the 31 st March 2009 will guarantee a place at the event as agreed. The payment covers hire of the space allocated and includes the provision of one 6ft (approx.) table and two chairs. No guarantee of a space can be offered if payment is not received by the 31 st March 2009 . Please note that the event is normally fully booked by March.

•  Any refunds upon cancellation will be at the discretion of the organisers.

•  The organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event, for whatever reason, without penalty. Exhibitors will be offered either a substitute date or a full refund. This also applies to “Force Majeure” cancellations in circumstances where the venue becomes unavailable within a period of 7 days prior to the date of the event. Every endeavour will be made to contact exhibitors, but the organisers accept no liability for travel costs, loss of business, or other losses, however incurred.

•  The organisers accept no liability for injury, death, loss of income, loss of business or other loss sustained whilst travelling to/from or attending the event.

•  Payment of the booking fee for this event is taken as acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
